Jon C. Lewis Clark has over 20 years' experience helping clients manage complex legal issues with a focus on large healthcare organizations.  Jon serves large sized healthcare organizations and was a former partner at McCalla Raymer, LLC, and acted as lead counsel for large financial institutions.  Jon has also been counsel to local governments, representing the people in many transactional and regulatory matters.

Jon's practice centers on reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts related to all aspects of his clients' healthcare business needs.  He advises in-house counsel, executive leadership, management teams and other relevant stakeholders on legal issues and risk presented, where he formulates and communicates pragmatic and holistic advice regarding compliance with State and Federal statutes and regulations that pertain to the healthcare industry.  This comprehensive approach enables his clients to make critical decisions in high-stakes situations, allowing organizations to implement strategic and enduring contracting frameworks that goes beyond legal compliance and supports forward thinking decision-making.

Jon graduated from Dartmouth College and holds both a Master of Public Policy and a Juris Doctor from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School, respectively.  Further, Jon is a former Army officer and combat veteran having served in Operation Iraq Freedom and been awarded the Bronze Star.  It has been Jon's pleasure to serve the community on many charitable, educational and business boards, adding his pragmatic and holistic approach to issues and concerns faced by those organizations.
